The appointment of the Statutory Auditor may be made directly in the name of PEÑALOSA CONSULTORES SAS, who in order to comply with the duties of the position established by the Code of Commerce, will designate Public Accountants, natural persons and members of our organization to perform the functions of Principal and Alternate Statutory Auditor.
As a complement to the integral service provided by the firm under the figure of the statutory audit, audit work is carried out to give greater scope to the tests performed.
